I would love to commend you and your company on how you put into action your policy of being in business to serve the customer. Although I found it a bit of a challenge to get the correct APC contact in Manila via the Internet the service after first contact made up for that.
Even though Saturday is an off-day for your company, those staff members working overtime were willing to go out of their way to answer the phone and make themselves available for my inquiries. When I visited your workshop the following Monday to collect the batteries that had been organised the previous Saturday I was met like an old customer and my concerns about your product substitution were taken seriously. So much so that afterhours (again) all was attempted to address all my concerns.
I thank you for your splendid service and willing assistance beyond your call of duty.
